When I put my phone to charge for the night this week my Passport's had about 70% battery life remaining.

Hmm, interested as to what you used you blackberry for during this time. Admittedly i'm a heavy user, writhing many long emails managing attachments, syncing with onedrive, browsing the web, using maps and spotify a bit as well but my passport only just makes it through to bed time. This isn't a criticism, my iPhone would often be dead by 11am and the passport is much smaller than my previous solution, a galaxy s3 with a zero lemon behemoth but has only slightly worse battery life.

I guess my point, if I had one is that without a context of what you have used your phone for during that time the graphs mean little and will probably be dismissed by most

I am using the passport extensively, all phone calls are recorded, maps are used, the assistant is constantly queried by voice as well as text input. It lasts me a whole day and this is something I barely had with the Z30.

The more better you have, the more you use the phone. You just don't worry about it at all. It is just there and gets the job done until you need are done. When you sleep, the phone can go to bed as well...

You can clearly tell that the passport would have been a beast with an amoled screen, but I can understand the reasons behind the decision.

Amoled is still not on par with lcd screens
