i am tired of blackberry service center and customer care no in India , 1 month gone not yet received my phone ( Z10 ) from service center . so i will be selling my z10 i am "quitting"
DARN tired of blackberry
will never advice bb products to any one
due to worst service after sales in "India"

I live in Missouri USA and I've never seen a BlackBerry service center. Must be an India thing.

I have gone to Hubli, Bangalore, chennai
Service centers ,they all say "sir it will take minimum 15 days "
And second thing the "Indian" blackberry customer care no its awesome
They speak Canadian English ,from my side no problem to understand
But they can't understand Indian English. Therefore I was not even able to lodge a complaint

I think your Carrier provider provides u service there .
In India service section is taken or given to some private company ,

Here in Malaysia if your phone has a problem it will definitely take about 1 month to get it rectified. It doesn't matter if it is an iPhone, Samsung, Nokia or BlackBerry. So it is advisable to have a spare phone on your own.

It tooks only 4 days for servicing my z10 before this. I live in Perak, the BlackBerry centre here send my device to Penang. It was face mother board issue. They replace my mother board for free due to 2 years of warranty from brightpoint. Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.3247. Customer service for BlackBerry user in my area is so good.
