    Hi I have BlackBerry z10 I install many application like fb massager viber line etc but they are not working on data package, if I connect to wifi these app work properly but on mobile data pack it's not working when I tap on app while using the data pack it say turn on wifi or data pack. Plz help me what should I do

    Maybe restart the phone, if didn't help contact your carrier?
