Am I crazy, or does the Passport not support three-button headphones? The ones in the box are one button, and trying my iPhone headphones, it seems that you can't manipulate the volume from the buttons on the headphones. I could have sworn this worked back on my Z10, but that was a while ago.

Anyone tried this, or can test for me and report back?

Try to go into settings/main volume and see if music shortcuts and media volume are on

Do volume up/down buttons on headphones not work on Passport?-img_20140930_233350.png

I tried both ways, couldn't get it to work - is yours working with a headset with volume controls?

My headphones don't seem to be working aswell, only the pause/play button works. They work fine on the z30 though.

That sucks. Makes me want to keep my z30.

Maybe you can only use the android version headphones and the apple ones with three buttons won't work.

Yes it's a BlackBerry. If you have something bad to say... speak to Easton!

Forgot to mention. There not the apple headphones. I'm using a pair of bose 3-button headphones.

Well the main thing is I know I'm not crazy now. Since the start/stop button works, we know its a software bug - the physical interface is clearly good.

I have the QC20i for Apple and it works but Bose said it may not work on all BlackBerry devices. They encouraged me to purchase the android version.
