Not sure what's happening but for some reason my display is eating up all my battery. I turned the brightness all the way down. What should I do. I really love this phone just want my battery drain to stop

Not only is your display wrecking your battery, but it's broken math too. You could try a device restore or factory reset. Failing that, I'd return the device.

Sorry if I'm being stupid here but I'm a new user - how does one access this battery usage page on a BBPP? I can't find the option anywhere. Thanks!

This is the device monitor screen. You can opt to have this enabled on the 'quick settings' for easy access

This is some silly bug. It says "since last charge" but shows battery percentage for three days (since saturday). A simple hard reset could fix this. Report back after hard reset

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button (ignore shut down couter) until you see the LOGO as above.

Why not just doing the second option?

And what "STL100-1"? Passport doesn't have variants... it's the same for all markets.
    Isn't that the Z10?

You should use BBVE to run some test. Specifically the light and proximity sensor.

That was in reference to a model of Z10 that had different hardware. For the passport use the volume key method.

Your battery is lasting 18 hours. Is that bad?
