I'm sure many of you have given up on Instagram by now; thinking that it's a dead end. Well rest assured your crash upon login should be resolved after reading this!

So after searching and trying different Instagram APK's, I came across Instragram 6.5! The one that worked like a charm (85% of the time). I will link you to sources where you can download this at the bottom. I hope this helps and I hope to gain you IGers as followers (@BEiLEET & @MRiLEET) after you get your first successful login.

Step 1 Download & Install Instagram 6.5.0
Download com.instagram.android-6.5.0.apk | DevFiles.co

Step 2 Open & Login your account
Step 2.5 If the crashing continues restart your BB 10.3 device (Only tested on Passport)
Step 3 Enjoy your working Instagram

As you may notice sooner or later, uploading a video can create a never ending chain of fails or even crashes. Here's the fix:

NOTE: This fix can be rather annoying for the heavy likers as liking has like about an 70% chance of crashing your IG. The cool thing about the passport is its so fast at loading the app back up! lol

Step 1 Install Snap 2.0.0.2

Step 2 Download and Sideload (or try to install it through your BB) the update for Instagram
Step 3 Enjoy your working (and video upload capable) Instagram

I had installed the latest version available... I downgrade one version down and so far it is ok... haven't try doing video...

BUT sadly, it still crash even as I was typing this!!! =p

I'm sorry to hear that Simon. It will be fixed. This right here is just a temporary fix. Obviously some instagram is better than no instagram. 6.5 won't upload videos...and less crashes than the 7+ verision.

Many people have problems getting past the log in. Haha you were one of the few lucky people.
