BlackBerry Bridge is available for the Passport. So it should work on BlackBerry Bridge on the PlayBook.

It wil not work.
You need 10.3 os to make blend work on the playbook. Playbook is os 2.1

There's no point. Blend requires Android 4.4+.

You need BlackBerry 10.3 to make Blend work on the host device. PlayBook having Tablet OS 2.1 is not the problem as it is not the host device. The problem is the lack of a client app for PlayBook. If one were to be written for PlayBook, then it would function just like one written for any other client platform.

PlayBook users should continue to use a combination of Bridge, IMAP, and CalDAV. It won't be as good as Blend, but It's as close as you're going to get unless later on down the road BlackBerry allows third parties to make a client app for their device and someone cares to make one for PlayBook.

Oh well at least I can make do with the Bridge. The playbook always comes in handy!
