    First it was out of battery. I charged it OK. Then I tried to click the browser icon but the browser would not start.
    I restarted the Z10 but it would not boot up with the red light blinking. Pulling battery does not help.(latest 10.2 from T-mobile.)

    Tried updating from Blackberry link. But It is hanging on "Checking for blackberry device software updates". The Blackberry link does nothing from Windows process viewer (no IO and CPU activity.)
