And I tried to pull off the battery the other day for one hour...nothing works .BlackBerry virtual expert says the battery is ok

Give us a screen shot of what's being used as that doesn't help. Did you happen to install an app a few days ago when this started?

Did you install a leak ? I guess not.
    Did you activate encryption ?
After a wipe, you have to wait for 1 to 2 days for the phone to settle in.
If you installed Amazon app Store, what Android app did you install ?

And a side note, you can reset the estimated battery left by power off your phone, pull out the battery, plug in the charger and push the top button like you switch the phone on.
Then plug out, pull the battery in and charge it like always.

Another note, do not charge your phone while using it (do it at night), and wait for the battery to be totally empty before plug your phone to the wall.

There is no other app listed above "system"?
49% for system is too high for this short period. Did you restore from backup after wiping?

Ok well clearly its the Box app. What do you have the sync rate set to? It's clearly syncing an awful lot. You might want to put that on manual sync.

You also might want to delete it to see if the battery life goes back to normal.

Yeah, it's your Box app. You need to deal with that first.

I ve manually set the sync in box app, and it is the same like forever. This battery problem came out of nowhere, I dont really understand how

And yet I have been dealing with another problem that randomly happens since last month. When battery is bellow 20% and I heavily use the phone, few apps at the same moment, the phone simply turns off...and i could turn it on without a charger and it ll be working for a few more minutes

I just saw that the cpu of box app is only 0.08% in last 12 hours... clearly this is the system problem

I gave you advices for your battery and how to reset it.
And uninstall your Box app temporarily, I concur, it's the culprit
(FYI, Box use system call to copy files)

another drainage that I had way back, I forgot to open my BBM and accept the license, drained my q10 under 4 hour, charged again, and got another 4 hour after that, then I decided to send a msg to one of my friend that had the same OS as me to tell him about my issue, and I saw that I didnt accept the BBM license after I updated my OS (got back my 34 h uptime after that).

I'm assuming you did it but in case you didn't, seem like BBM waiting for the license to be accepted drain a lot of battery.

I had a similar problem with both my Z10 and Z30, and took me a while to figure out what was causing it. For me, it was the wifi. But only when at work. If I connected to my work wifi, my battery would be almost dead by 1 or 2pm. If I turned wifi off at work, I'd still be at 60% battery by the time I went to bed. HOWEVER, if I work from home one day, and use wifi all day at home, the battery was just fine. I did some research and some people have said they have seen the same problem when your device keeps bouncing off different wifi nodes at work. Not sure if that is what is happening for you, but that caused serious battery drain for me. If you are using wifi, try turning it off for the day and see if the battery goes back to normal.
