    Help me please as the red light comes on in a set sequence, one pulse then 3 quick pulses

    Hello,

    This is more than likely a software failure. Your best bet is probably to reload the phone's operating system.

    Does BlackBerry Link (desktop software) recognize your Bold? If so, attempt a backup. It might also prompt you to reload the software.

    Either way, I would try these steps: KB11320-How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Software for Windows (Note, this will wipe your device).
