Hi,
I wonder if someone tried to exploit the Shellshock vulnerability on the playbook ?
Since the playbook is not maintained anymore, I think the bash version is old (too old maybe ?), so it may be possible to exploit Shellshock and maybe gain a privilege escalation ?

Did someone tried it ? Or does someone understand well how to eploit it ?

Shellshock is not a privilege escalation issue. It will not help you get root in your tablet. Don't bother. If you want a tablet that you can actually own and control, buy something else.
