    I can hit 1 and make it work but no visual voicemail. Anyone know how to get it? I'm on att. thanks

    Go to voicemail settings on the phone (swipe from top) and then you will see "activate visual voicemail" button.

    Who is your carrier? I have the same issue and AT&T said it will not work until they provision the phone in their system....and who knows when that will be.

    Ok guys I figured it out.. Its because ATT does not recognize the phone yet.. So if you have an old q10 have them use that EMEI number from that phone and everything will work.

    Shock is correct. I used my old Z10 IMEI number and now have visual voicemail....as well as LTE on AT&T.
