I switched from my Samsung Note3 cuz I wanted to get away from Google.
I love the landscape and the swipe correct.
The camera was obviously way better on the Note 3.
Problem:
The phone keeps locking up and I have to re-boot the phone at least 3 times a day.
Wearying and a real time waster.

Cutting and pasting text into the Text message is a problem.
Locks up the phone and then to delete the message character by character takes forever.
OMG.

Anyone have any suggestions maybe in how the phone is setup, etc.
This phone seems way under powered for the Operating system.Software Release 10.2.1.2991

I want to stay with Blackberry and unfortunately I will have to wait a while for an upgrade.
I would not have bought this phone had I known the inherent issues.
Sure could use some help/troubleshooting.

I've never had that issue but I'm on 10.3 and I don't text much. Do you have a lot of texts? Have you tried clearing them out?

Had my z30 about 8 months now and it's locked up maybe twice and is as snappy and responsive as when I got it.

Might be something you installed or they way you are doing things?

The only time I've seen my VZW Z30 lock up on texting is right after a reboot if I dive in and try replying or composing a message right after the boot.

Try to do a fresh install of the latest OS10.2.1.3337, all you problems should then be solved .
