This is child had the same problem as everyone does re the new blackberry os...they don't give time to learn it. BB10 is without question the most user friendly OS on the market...but ONLY after you know how to use it.

That's the challenge...getting microwave gen people to spend a little time to learn.

...but he is spot on about the keyboard. An standard BlackBerry 4-row keyboard WITH the touch sensitivity would be ideal.
