What specifically happens when you attempt to run the autoloader?
Have you tried right clicking on the file and selecting "Run as Administrator"

No. I haven't tried run as an administrator, but when u click the autoloader file, the file opens for a brief period and then disappear. Usually when I open the file on my pc, you can see the file window and whether the device is connected and the progress of the install, but not this file....help!!!!

Launch cmd as Admin. Browse to file location and run file. This will spit out info without closing. Give us the results

Download it from a different location. Sounds like the file you downloaded could be corrupt.

You need the USB drivers and the only way to get them is to install BlackBerry Link AFAIK

It says 'Error: Could not connect to BlackBerry Device Manager'. Btw I do have BlackBerry Link installed, there seems to be no BlackBerry Device Manager installed though.

I fixed it. I started BlackBerry Link and kept it open (it has the BlackBerry Device Manager inbuilt which kept on running and the Autoloader was able to find it).
