[CrackBerry Question]

I started a security wipe on my Z10 some 3 hours ago. It's still no done, despite having very few apps on it (I had around 100 songs though, which still doesn't seem a huge space-taker.) It's switched off THRICE all on it own, and each time I switch it back on, the circle's spinning and the white cartridge like icon's still there too. Please help me out, coz I am freaking out over my 4 month old phone turning into a brick.

Stop turning it on and off and just leave it spinning on charge, mine took a really long time.

Because you've interrupted it, you might get an error, if you do go to the link that comes up on the error screen (on your PC with Z10 plugged in) and reload the OS from there

EDIT: sorry I didn't realise you said it turned itself off and on, try to just let it sort it's self out on charge.
