I waited until I returned home from work, yesterday, before attempting to buy a US unlocked BlackBerry Passport on launch day. When I finally went to do so, both Amazon.com and ShopBlackBerry were sold out of the device.

I want one right now. I like using new and novel devices. And I know I'm not alone here.

Please post any information about availability you might find here. Links to buy would be great.

Sellers on eBay are currently trying to gouge people for $1500 American. I expect Amazon and ShopBlackBerry to have stock back by Monday. I can wait.

What are you basing this expectation on? (That amazon and shopblackberry will have stock by monday) ? So now that our only 2 sources are out, where does Chen expect us to go get these? Anyone know of another source for the US unlocked version?

They should get some soon. I must have gotten mine just before they ran out yesterday around 5:30 pm est. I would also try to phone corporate. Office in US or Canada and ask. I'm sure they will get more soon cause they want to sell them definitely!
