    The mic of my bbQ10 it's not working. Can't send voice notes on whatsapp, when recording on my c�mara there's no sound, only image. If I want some sound, I would have to scream really loud directly to the mic and still, the sound will come out super low.

    The strange thing is I can hear music and use de voice control.

    Anyone that can help? Thank you!

    You could try reloading the OS. But kinda sounds like a hardware problem. I just sent my Z30 back under warranty to get mine replaced.

    Do you still have warranty?

    If you can use the Voice Control or record your voice with the Remember Me app without screaming, the issue may be with a specific app.
    Did you run the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app to test your mic ?
