    I have a blackberry z10, tmobile, stl3 and was informed to install 10.2.01.3337 from AT&T. Helllllllllllllllllllllllllp! how do i install. detailed tutorial please! i already did a backup.

    Go to settings. Software updates. Should be straightforward from there.

    i meant install os from computer. i have the latest update that tmobile gives ota but i want a newer one because of the applications permission bug and was told to install the os i stated above.

    You need to down load the auto loader. It is really easy to install from there. Make sure you back up first.

    Search on crackberry for auto loader down load it make sure you get the right one for you z10

    Run auto loader and just leave it even if it doesn't look like it's doing ant thing. Good luck
    And I would just go right for 10.3. It's good

    I currently have version 2.1.3014 and I've searched for updates...but it says there are none. I recently security wiped my phone and I want to say the version before wiping was. 3337? Thanks
