    Anyone else having this issue? My BBM channels no longer update automatically. I need to go into each channel individually to get the updates?

    I'm with MTS a regional carrier. Yes mine update when I go into them directly and refresh.

    You have to set the channel as a favorite in-order to receive notifications for new post.

    Thanks trini-34. I just did that. Hopefully it works. We didn't have to do that before? Was that a recent change?

    Been having the same problem.

    And after I got off a plane today and restarted my phone, BBM as a whole went crazy. All chat history gone, all bbm channels gone, contacts pics don't show, can't even load the main channels page. Don't know what is going on here.

    Having the problem too since updating my Passport to 10.3.0.908. Few channels show the spark notification for new post, the others have to be refreshed manually.
    Did someone solve the issue? Like after reinstall the OS?
