    Hi, I have been wondering whether the 10.3.1 will be coming for BB10 globally. On May 27, CrackBerry said there was a roll out of new OS 10.2.1.3175, and gave the dates when various regions will receive it. However, I haven't yet received that update meant for Europe. Currently my Z10 (STL100-1) is running on 10.2.1.2977. I first updated the OS when I bought my phone in March this year. This summer (don't exactly remember the date) I received a minor update. Maybe I don't get something right but judging from the report I should have got that OS 10.2.1.3175, or not? Maybe I have understood something wrong? On the other hand, all the installed apps are updating without any problems, for instance today I received new Box, Dropbox and Evernote.

    The difference between 10.2.1.2977 and 10.2.1.3xxx are pretty minor, therefore some carriers somehow ignore them or delay them indefinitely..
    the current time line for 10.3.1 is November/ first half of December global. Early 2015 for the US.

    Depends on your carrier, as to if and when they release it. 10.3.1 is coming when the Classic is released, which seems to be sometime this fall or winter, depending on who you ask.

    Software Release 10.2.1.2977 is the same as OS Version 10.2.1.3247

    The OS Version 10.2.1.3175 (the May 27 update you are talking about) is the same as Software Release 10.2.1.2941 (which is older than what you have now).

    You have the latest official OS for your phone.

    Check in Settings > About > Category > OS to convince yourself about that.
