    When I turn on the bluetooth on my device, the bluetooth icon hardly turns bold after pairing with a device and on the top of that I can send files to any device which is bluetooth enabled but cant recieve files through bluetooth to my device, be it a laptop or a mobile ( Error message: Transfer Cancelled) . I tried exchanging small files but nothing could be transferred to my mobile. Is this by default or just a problem with my device only?

    If a security wipe/ reload of OS via Link doesn't solve it, sounds more likely hardware.

    I bliv dat bluetooth issue is software related..im facing same problem here likewise 4 other friends of mine who also bought d same fone..but I noticed d problem was gone in OS 10.3 wen one of my friends flashed his fone software to 10.3

    It's not official yet...but I strongly bliv 10.3 Wil b a massive upgrade in terms of UI and functionality

    Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the volume control buttons for 30 seconds until BlackBerry logo appears.

    I've done everything including a security wipe of my device like 3 times, but d issue still persists
