    Hello,
    I just switched back to a Bold 9900 from a Z30, and now I was wondering if there's a way to get back files using the Z30 backup (.bbb).

    I don't have anymore any BB10 device so I need to do that using either a Mac or Windows machine.

    Any solution?

    Rename the backup file extension from .bbb to .zip
    Double-click the zip file to extract its contents.
