After 9 months on T-Mobile Austria service, the problem does still exist. Nothing was solved with T-Mobile.
BBM is only with BBM Video, no BBM Voice at all.
I would expect T-Mobile AT would fix it, but nothing happens.
I would upgrade my Z30 to Passport too, but after upgrading, what if BBM Voice still miss from BBM, how can I deal with it?
Can anyone using T-Mobile AT confirm this problem?

What happens if you turn their connection off and uses WiFi only?

Did you try on other carriers?

I tried to update the new OS with sim card removed, on wifi and without T-Mobile sim card, all worked fine.

When the sim card is there, I turn off 3G to use only wifi, the problem is the same. So, it only happened with T-Mobile simcard in it no matter what 3G or Wifi.

On another network, like Bob, both BBM Voice and Video were working on wifi, but I could be able to receive the BBM messages and voice, video, but could not send BBM Messages and make BB Voice or Video on 3G. (Because of that, I switched to T-Mobile). But it is crazy for BBM on T-Mobile.

Not yet, it is still impossible with Z30
But I got a new Q10, it is possible!

I can confirm this, BlackBerry Passport and BBM voice is working fine on T-Mobile Austria.
