    The BB 10 designed themes for OS 7.x.x devices look great, but I'm curious about where/who created these
    apps. Anybody have definite knowledge about who these developers are or if there apps have been vetted and/or
    certified by RIM as valid and poses no risk of any kind to users of these apps? Thanks

    Most BB7 theme were created with software that was never released or certified by BBRY. That being said most work just fine on your device. And there ARE a few that BBRY did sanction and had made special, but a select few vendors.

    I've used many of their themes when I have an OS7 device, and they all worked great.
