    my blackberry 8520 wont connect to the wifi and now and then the phone service goes and says SOS what is wrong?

    Do you have a BB Data plan from your carrier? Has the device been dropped or exposed to moisture? Have you tried the simple fix of rebooting the device? That is take out the battery and then put it back, causing the device to restart. Ok next try an HRT rest, go to the settings wrench, then device, then advanced, then Host Routing, then press the BB (or Menu) button and select Register Now! Ok after that try doing a send service books, go to the email setup icon, then sign on, then press the bb button and select Service Books, then Send Service Books.
