    Can someone help me? My Q5 heats the very few minutes I begin using it. Have wiped it twice. Someone advised I should reload the OS. If so how do I do this?

    Many thanks. The latest update on my BlackBerry is 10.2. However someone mentioned 1154. Don't know the meaning and how to go about it.
