I have a case that I'm pretty happy with (Greatshield), but I'd like to find a case that covers all the ports and has a kickstand? Preferably hard case as well.

Check out the Seidio Dilex and Surface. Both have kickstands. One is a hardcase, the other is a 2 piece case.

I found a (knockoff?) Griffin Survivor case a while back. I don't like the belt clip it came with (very wobbly and prone to breakage) but it works well as a stand.
This is a 3 piece case. It has cover/plugs for all ports.

I ordered 2 of them out of China and (again) suspect they are knockoffs, but if they were, they were probably made off of Griffins test molds for the Z10 - since the packaging and everything was all Griffin (and the fit/finish/build of the case matches a Survivor case I have for one of my ipods) .

Again, only downside is, the kickstand. I took that trade off, as I wanted RUGGED.
