So I get a meeting invite to a conference call, it's got the dialling number and conference PIN. The Calendar App automatically detects that and give an option to join the call by clicking Join Now. This dials your dialling number after the calm is connected it dials the PIN and there you are, record your name and you're in the conference call.

BlackBerry Z30 with 10.3 OS.

I also like the new meeting mode feature built into the calendar app, once you turn it on in the calendar settings, it will automatically place you device into silent mode during the length of your meeting and turn the ringer back on when the meeting is done. Another great feature in OS 10.3.
