    How do I stop receiving the advertisements from BlackBerry for new apps? I receive 5-8 daily. The only option given is check one choice of the type of email to receive.

    I wasn't aware that BlackBerry sent out ads about new apps. Could it be from a free app you downloaded recently or are you sure it says 'BlackBerry' in the ad? Many apps will send notices to your phone in exchange for giving you free apps.
