    My friend just bought a Telus Z10 prepaid from bestbuy to replace a broken phone. Issue is, his plan is with Rogers. Any suggestions as to where to get it unlocked? In Toronto? Online?

    I've unlocked a total of 5 BB 10 devices with Cellunlocker.net. That would be my recommendation.

    Unless you can talk your carrier into unlocking your device free, you'll have to pay. There are no "free services.

    Same. I've used them for 3 devices. Pretty easy process. Reasonably priced too

    Cellunlocker. Online. Money back guaranteed. Took about 8hoirs to get the code emailed. They also email fill instructions.
