on 13 sep i switch off my z10 in night but because of some important call i switch on the after 1 min , and the problem arises from their phone started but hang with logo in start up ,i tried number of times till date but after starting the phone hangs with logo only ,please help me how to sort out with this problem .thanks

Try to reset it by holding down the top button. Ignore anything onscreen and don't let go of top key until red LED flashes on then off.

If that doesn't help, simply remove the battery, wait a minute, then replace the battery to initiate a reboot.

I had the same problem and switched to a Q10. Its a good decision but I still missed my Z10.

I even sent it to a guy who repairs any phone and he couldn't make anything to it. He told me to sell it to anyone who needs a display. But like I love BB I was going to have it as a paperweight lol.

Yesterday I bought a new battery and my Z10 booted up normally with no problem. I think that if it doesn't work with a new battery get a new phone. Hope you have a backup.
