    OK will do!
You might have to leave them though. They have not been cooperative

I agree. 11 years on sprint, the passport is enough for me to leave.

I left Sprint after a 10 year relationship with them because they did not offer the Z10. I am so much happier with Verizon in every way. Why supply any carrier who does not support BlackBerry.

I understand and agree. My issue is more too level the playing field for Blackberry lovers. There is no competition when only one carrier has a brand of phone. But sadly I will probably make the switch soon.

while i understand your frustration, this won't make a bit of difference. blackberry users sent in a 1500 signature petition that was over 100 pages in length for Sprint to carry the Z10, and Sprint did not even have the respect of its customers to even give us any kind of response. the only way to show them we mean business is to simply take our dollars elsewhere.

I hope one day that all BB users leaving a carrier would be significant again.

Signed it. I fully expect I will have to leave Sprint, as I have zero confidence they will support Blackberry at all. For that matter, none of the US carriers are all that good. I am wondering if, since I live in MA, and have family in northern NY, if there is any possibility of signing on with a Canadian carrier.

Unfortunately, I got tired of waiting for the Z30 to come to sprint. Ordered a new iphone 6+. Blackberry didn't push hard enough or pay off whoever to get BB onto sprint. If I could have left sprint, I would have. BB is partly to blame for this.

I'm a bit surprised Sprint offered the Q. Of course they still sell Bolds...makes me think they may offer the Classic but not the Passport.

Yeah, just frustrated. I will most likely wind up buying from BlackBerry and going to T-Mobile since they use GSM. Have a hard time understanding who is really to blame?

No point of pushing hard if somebody just simply stops you or somebody is being negative. I think it's best to find a different way.

Looks like I'll be doing the same. To bad really. Had a great old plan but I'm tired of the BS with Sprint, I want the phone I want and if you can't provide it someone else will. The end...

I left Sprint 1 year ago to Verizon when the Q10 came out and due to poor signal in my area. Verizon cost a little more but I have my Q10 and better reception. I had been with Sprint for over 10 years don't regret the move at all.

I've heard soon we'll have the ability to use any sprint phone as a gsm device, they said there's a new law that makes mandatory that all carriers give their customers the ability to use our phones on any network,i actually heard that sprint is working on gsm cell for their network, I don't know if it's true, but hopefully someday we'll have the ability to take our phones to any carrier we like,or buy any gsm factory unlocked phone and use it on the sprint or Verizon networks or any other cdma carrier
