Hello I'm from SA and my current version is "9320/7.1.0.907" and I want to upgrade to 9320/7.1.0.1098, but when I go to the site and and put my Country it gives me only till "9320/7.1.0.907".....if I download the UK's software will it damage my device in anyway or affect its performance because its the Uk's?? I'm currently on Vodacom and What's the difference between the country versions??

It won't damage it. Realistically, all the files are the same anyway. Some carriers have updated files, others don't. Just how it works. Read this - http://crackberry.com/updating-your-...h-vendor-files. It's an older guide but the process pretty much remains unchanged.

So I can download another carrier's/countries software and just delete the "vendor.xml files" ?and it Wouldn't brick my device at all?
