Okay. I can give you only two options from here on.

    1. Reload the OS. Bad battery can be caused by a bad OS installation. Connect the device to your computer and reload it.

    2. Buy a new battery. Self explanatory.

    Follow these steps-
    1. If it is showing 0%,use extensive tasks or play games until the mobile stops saying device is turning off.
    2. Wait for minute. After that remove the battery and insert it after 2 hours.
    3. Using the wall charger turn on the blackberry device by pressing the power button for a minute.
    4. After switching on if the battery shows >10% than immediately disconnect the charger and remove the battery.
    5. Wait for more 20 minutes and after that insert it and press power button for a minute by connecting it to the wall charger. After than if it shows <10% than its ok. Charge upto 100 % [ normally takes 2 hours and 30 minutes] ...

I was having the same problem. I gave it to service center but they didn't do anything. But this one really helped me. If it doesn't work than let me know.

STL 100-1 issue I presume. It has bad battery indicator.

On 10.3.0.1154, I have yet to experience that.

use the correct charger on the phone. This problem occurs when you charge the phone using legacy chargers as opposed to the original with the Z10. Remove battery, leave disconnected for about half an hour to an hour. Reconnect the phone and charge fully. Should solve problem. Legacy chargers cause the battery and phone sensor to fall out of sync causing the problem

I suffered that a few times on my STL100-1. Running 10.2 and 10.2.1. Pretty annoying. Charging only to 83%, then battery turns off at 20%. Or.. the phone is still on at 0% battery level. I posted a thread about it earlier. It has everything to do with the battery indicator.

I did suffer that also (as probably everyone using STL100-1) ever since 10.0. But upon loading 10.3.0.1052 and 10.3.0.1154 (did a SIC Multiwipe first) the problem never came back. It's been a month and I never experienced it yet.

Thanks to all..i connected my phone to PC and I removed battery for 30 minutes for recalibration. Then I switched on the device and now its is working fine. I don't know how and why these kind of errors appear in BlackBerry z10. Btw thanks to all
