How do I turn off the camera shutter sound on my Z30

You can't directly turn off the sound. For the reason you can't take images secretly in change rooms/locker room etc. I think it's some legal requirement.
BUT, you can find apps to load on your device that will silence it.

Pretty sure that putting the phone in silent then putting media volume all the way down does the trick. Don't get me wrong, I'm not stalking people but happened to notice this works on my phone.

Yeah true. Put the phone in silent mode and the camera shutter sound is muted as well.
