Hi,

Does anyone know what orange (ee) uk apn settings are? Mines internet just stop working on my z10 and it asks for apn settings. I found on their website the setting

Apn: eezone
User name : eesecure
Password: secure

I entered it and it works however the internet (and bbm etc) still doesn't work

Any ideas?

Like i always tell people.

Each time you don't use the carrier's customer service, they have to kill one of the support people there.

Please don't force them to kill one of their support people ;-)

You look like you're doing everything right. Just make sure you click on save, or go back and make sure it saved.

Also do you see a 3g or 3G (big G or little G?)

Regardless their support staff will be able to give you the best support. If you find one that get's confused just tell them you have a "new fancy android phone and that only you know where to set the APN"

Some support staff don't know.

if you see a 3g or 4g or "lte" instead of uppercase it's that maybe your don't have data service. you have the wrong settings (or you've turned "data" off which means you can still text and make phone calls, but not internet)

I had this problem earlier this week. Try using:

Apn: everywhere

User: eesecure

Password: secure

Save and do a hard re-set and hopefully it'll work.

I'm rang EE about this and the error was at there end and not with phones apn settings. Always best to check with them first
