It seems my hub is going crazy. The photos is not edited whatsoever. Taken using screen shot directly. Need to restart as swipe up or swipe left doesn't responding.

Or simply move your finger 5 times from the center to the top right while in the HUB.

Correction: swipe from the top right to the center of the screen 5 times quickly while in the HUB to reset it.

Lol that has happened to me before.

I didn't think to make a screen shot at the time. I just restarted my phone and it fixed itself.

Had I saved a screen shot, I would have come straight to the forums and asked if anyone else had experienced it. But I didn't have pics... so it didn't happen lol.

Unfortunately I can't take screenshots when my hub goes crazy it literally makes the phone useless without a restart which happens on a daily basis.

I had the same issue on 10.2.0. I would try to reload the OS.

What's the point reload the Os when it is still the same Os version. Kind of annoying reading the thread with issues and the first suggestions is "reload Os".

Did you restore ? Because the idea is to NOT restore after the reload. Then, add your account one by one and let them sync before adding another (can take 1 to 2 days for the contacts sync).

The point is a file might have been corrupted. So reloading the OS, even if it is the same version, would replace the file

If I don't restore then how do I get my data back?

Do a selective restore. Only pictures/videos/music/documents... if not already done on an SD card.
Accounts (email, social, ...) must be added one by one as you did the first time you start the phone.
Apps must be installed again through BlackBerry world.
And as always, until the official 10.3.1 is released, don't load a lot of Android app... because issues come often from them.
