    Folks, If anyone has any idea why every once in a while my text chat session will disappear and not come up at all in the Search ... It usually happens right when I'm in the midst of typing a response and, suddenly, I can't get back into the typing window to complete the message and send! When that happens, part or all of the chat history will disappear, or become un-scrollable (if there is such a word) ...

    Calling Tech Support did not help out at all. And this keeps happening to me at the worst possible times!

    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide ...

    BB10 has that horrid bug since 10.1 but was fixed ever so slightly in 10.2.1.

    The faux fix to go around this is, enable the dark theme for the sms app, open the text message, go back to the settings and disable it.
