    So I am trying to get snap on my q10 using chrome and the bb10/playbook app manager and after I put the ip address of my device in and try to clink the link to access it I get a white page, nothing on it at all. The address bar says about.blank? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I just switched to q10 from samsung phone and really need some google play apps.

    If I put the ip address in the address bar now I get a 404 Not Found message with a link for MyQ10:443. If I click that link I get a page that says No Data Received.

    Did you put your BlackBerry device into development mode?
