    I updated my BBM this am and now cant make voicenotes, I can call and sound is there when I talk, but is just blank when I try a voicenote or a remember voicenote, it works with the ear buds plugged in but not any other way, I have done a hard reset but can delete the app and re install cause its part of the OS.... any ideas

    Hi login to BBW on your PC. Free & Paid BlackBerry Apps for Smartphones & Tablets - BlackBerry World with your BBID, see if you can see BBM listed. If so, re install it via the button on the browser, it should then reinstall BBM.

    No issue with update here.
