St the moment, you can only use video between on bb10 and PlayBook

When you call to someone with android or ios = voice only

Bbm video calling is only available for BlackBerry devices currently

I guess the OP is talking about the 3g video call feature over the cellular network...
In that case... it won't work on the z10 as there are better options for video call... try BBM video call or WeChat... both awesome...

Just to add to the answer...the 3g video call feature was dropped since its an old technology with very poor video call quality...( if you compare with BBM video/ WeChat)

Use 3G data for better video call options by using apps
