My first stupid question of the day (my3rd according to my wife)....all this talk on 10.3, are these leaked versions or has the official version been released. I've been away for 3 weeks with minimal access....

Nope,not yet 10.3.0 will come with passport launch

10.3.1 is what we get later this year

Well, these leaks are all ''official'' firmwares, in a way that these are ongoing working/testing versions of software. And at the same not official in a way that they are officially released for public, not yet. There will probably be some further improvements and fixes till the moment of official release. Somebody already said, the plan is to release the Passport on 10.3 version, and older BB 10 phones will get 10.3.1 update later, october or november, who knows.
But it should be noted that current ''leaks'' are quite stable too, and could be used as a daily drivers.
I'm currently using this 10.3.0.1154 leak, and it's working fine.

I would agree . . . I refer to those files which are circulated in the wild as LEAKED. I refer to those files which are stored on BlackBerry Limited servers as INFORMALLY AVAILABLE.
