    When I connect my Z30, or Z10 to Blackberry link, the program doesn't pick it up. I just downloaded the newest version of Link. any suggestions?

    You could try and set the USB connection to windows only.

    Are you using a data cable, and not a charging cable? Not all Cables are created equally. Also, once you know it's a data cable, try either another usb port (for buss address), or a friends win machine to help confirm.

    I'm having a similar issue. Device isn't being recognized via data cable. Tried a new install of link nada. Only being recognized via wife connection. Tried win 8 and 7 pcs.
