Hello all,

I've been trying to install the autoloader_10.3.0.1154 for Z10 STL-100 since yesterday but it doesn't get installed.

When I try to run this autoloader, the command prompt appears which says like connecting to the device and performing reset, after this, it is restarting again and again, increasing the number of command prompts for resetting the device.

FYI..... I'm doing it through Win8.1 and have Eset security (disabled during this process), if that has anything to do with the installation.

Please help !!

It"s possible that you got a bad download..do you have the updated BB link install? you could try running it as admin .

The download looked good after unzipping it.
<filename> info displayed some version info. Anyhow I've the updated BB link installed, I'll try using it today.

This occurred to me also when I tried to install 10.3.0.1052 but solved. Try first connect with BlackBerry link when connected then try autoloader it works

From Z10STL100-1/10.3.0.1052

What model of stl-100 do you have? Is it 1,2,3 or 4? Make sure you get the correct autoloader file for the correct version of your phone.

Can you try this:
Download again autoload.
Right click on it, chose "Run by administator..." on Windows 8.1.
I'm on Z10-100 too and easy up to 10.3.0.1154 by autoload. The autoload i download file mega.nz!

This is why I love this community.

I could not install from my desktop, don't know why but I tried from my laptop which worked like charm and I was up and running with the new os within 15 min, did security wipe and I got the refreshing new OS. Everything is working fine but a bit slow response from camera.

Otherwise this OS is a breeze. Started loving my BlackBerry more...
