Hi I've tried many things :

Reloaded software.
Removed device than added it back
Both devices are connected to the same wifi.
It connects fine with a USB cable
But it won't connect through wifi anymore, thats extremely frustrating.

Have you changed any of the wifi router settings ? It can prevent connected items to talk to each other.

What OS are you on? It doesn't work on 10.3 for me either.

My phone says I have Software Release : 10.2.1.2977

BUT

BBLink says my phone has Software Version : 10.2.1.3247

I am so fed up of this phone now. Loved it when I switched from iPhone 5. Now the screen keeps freezing especially the call screen. I have to reboot couple of times every day, when there's a client calling me . Don't have any 3rd party stuff or Android apps etc. Yet all this...

I wish it could be sorted, because I like BlackBerry Hub etc.
Or might have to get iPhone 6, just so I can make calls without freezing and sync reliably.

Everything is normal with wifi. Signal on my phone and all other devices is solid too.

Mine worked on that OS. on 10.3 it doesn't. I am able to access my phone as a network device.

OS 10.2.1.3247 and SR 10.2.1.2977 are consistent.

When you reloaded software, did you do this destructive or not ? did you restore any parameter / application ?

Yes I did restore apps with a backup file.

Should I do a destructive one? And start from scratch?
