    Has anyone else experienced the giant blue blob when using the BBM Glympse feature? It's so big that you can't really make out the person's location on the map! If you view it through the browser it's fine. Is BlackBerry aware of this issue?

    I thought the new BBM update corrected the blue blob in the middle of the screen when you Glympse. Not true, still there. Any ideas when this will be corrected?

    Sorry to hear you have this problem. I've never had this issue but I had a couple other problems with BBM that were solved when I did a security wipe

    I was on the phone with bb tech support for 2 ridiculous hours. No solution. Tried many things . WIpe phone etc....

    Your phone's GPS sensor works otherwise? Or the other person's GPS?
    Do are you getting the same in BB Maps? Or Google Maps on Android?

    Run a check on your Berry, download BBVE (BlackBerry Virtual Expert) from BlackBerry World...

    Oh yeah. It was fixed awhile back but it wasn't because of anything I did. Probably a BBM update.
