Anyone else had an issue with FB saying it has no Internet connection? App doesn't update and Hub doesn't show any notifications.

Uninstalled/reinstalled to no affect.

Any ideas?

Mine works fine on both Blackberry and IOS

My mail, twitter, iGrann, etc all are working fine. So obviously it's not really my phone's Internet connection, it's just the FB app's connection.

There is no need to check the permissions you gave to the app (Settings > Security and Privacy > Application permissions > Facebook). And if your network is all good, it may be Facebook.
Chunks of users are hosted on cluster. If the one you're in is currently updated, wait for a hour or two, all will be back to normal

Well it depends on the version of the facebook app you are using. I know there was intermittent issues with Facebook servers across the board yesterday however, if you are using a beta version of the facebook app, it might be the app that is having the issue rather than Facebook.

All of a sudden this evening it connected and started spitting out notifications. So maybe it was on their end.

Facebook is not updating like it was in iPhone 5, I moved from IPhone to BlackBerry z30 and even twitter is also not updating, there is something really wrong with BlackBerry and I am thinking of regretting. BlackBerry also lose the network connection frequently. Even updating with 10.2.1.2977 os. Please guide me

Well Duh, I mentioned what was NOT working. I didn't think it was necessary to list all the things that ARE working. That would be a rather long list, right?

If nothing was connecting why would I only mention Facebook?

And for you typical BlackBerry users that 'don't need social apps' I use FB to stay up to date on my extended family and friends. I don't live next to my parents house. I live several states away.

So, no, I never said it was the end of the world. I just posted a problem I was having in order to see if anyone knew of a fix.

So you guys need to crawl out of your parents basements occasionally and get some fresh air.

Or maybe even get a job.
