    I made 2 of my friends using samsung and xperia download bbm. i can chat normally but video calling does not work. how can i solve this problem? thanks in advance

    Video calling to non-bb phones? I didn't even think that was possible yet with BBM

    My phone is blackberry Q10. They have samsung and xperia.dont know which models.so vdo calling is only for BlackBerry to bb?

    Yes, at the present time video calling is BlackBerry to BlackBerry. You voice calling cross platform, but not video, yet.

    Oh ok. Voice call did work once. But I am trying the last few days. It can't connect even in voice call now.
