I'm understanding right now that the runtime does not allow for volume long press for next or bluetooth controls in android apps. Would it be possible for one of our glorious devs to make an app that can allow this? For example we would load up sideloaded Spotify, for example, or whatever android music app that supports long press volume for next, then we launch this AndroidMusicShortcuts app to have it running or in the foreground. Could this AndroidMusicShortcuts app pass these commands to the Spotify app? Or are they 2 separate entites completely?

Or even another android app to pass this command to Spotify? Does the android runtime allow this interaction between apps?

Would be key in enhacing the user experience. I know hypem doesn't have it either, but it has play pause on the mute key. So sad,ive been waiting for it since the app launched.

Gpktom, well you're in luck because it now works in Q10SQN100-2/10.3.1.632!
